Foam PVC or Foamex or Forex is a lightweight material with good mechanical and insulation properties.

Foamex Routing example

It has good chemical resistance with low water absorption and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. It has low impact strength and due to its range of colours and thicknesses it is often used for signage and displays. Foamex is easy to fabricate and bond.

AXIS CNC are capable of Foamex Routing, Foamex Shaping, Foamex CNC, Foamex Machining as well as Foamex Fabrication Services.

AXIS CNC can print directly onto all Foamex products and contour cut using optical router cutting.

Available in sheet size: 2000 x 3000mm in 3mm and 5mm thick.
